A unique corner building was constructed at the beginning of the 20th century under the direction of the architectural office of Josef and Oldřich Kutina. It is currently undergoing a sensitive renovation, during which we are preserving and restoring the original craftsmanship details, including significant architectural elements such as decorative ceramic tiling in the entrance halls and stucco work. These can be found both in the shared spaces of the building and on the façade of the street frontage.
